MANAGER TO COACH

The goal of the Management Development program is to contribute to the increased profitability of your company by:

The program is integrative, efficient, skills-oriented and flexible. Each module deals with a defined set of supervisory skills and knowledge. Some of the modules build on skills presented in one or more previous modules.
PROGRAM LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Program learning objectives include the introduction of the basic concepts of management theory, skill practice and on-the-job application and development of the eight core competencies that are important to managers at all levels:
Making the transition to the role of manager or team leader
Communicating
Planning and organizing
Planning and appraising performance
Coaching for highest performance through feedback, coaching and mentoring
Developing and leading work teams
Managing organizational change
Managing employee relations

Manager to Coach is a 16 week program in modules of 3 hours each.
A Certificate of Completion is awarded to managers who successfully make the transition. The Certificate is certified by the Coach Consortium through a 3 hour on-site observation of the manager in action.
Maximum enrollment is 20 managers.
